“candy家绝对多伦多最烂!"??? This comment is not really fair, as I am sure there are many more are a lot worst!  
But based on personal experience and many other bros' postings, this keeper's customer service is really PK!!! Kind of sorry that I am going to miss all the good MM you have, but wtf!

Ok, i visit yr place once and i'll say yr management skill is poor....v poor. U should learn from nancy, andy or joedoa.....how to treat yr customers right.
In my own point of view, i think u don't give yr customers enough respect. We go to yr place to give u business , not begging u to give us a piece of meat to fxxx !!!

You do not deal with a customer service issue by attacking your customers. You attitude speaks volumes and reveals the root of the problem. Have a look in the mirror?

keeper 干嘛自己坏自己名声呢?
做keeper 需要street smart + high EQ
但lz 好像是个性情中人,不适合干customer service类型的工作,还是转行吧

p.s 刚刚读完你的Melody@ candy糖果屋review. that bro got a really bad service job for $150. what you really should do is say sorry and promise next time it will be better, because you are going to have a talk with the girl. maybe give that bro a 20% off next time then everyone will be happy.
小姐服务坏跟keeper 的态度是决对有关的。
不过谢谢各位bros, with bros' reviews I have been avoid traps like this for many many times.

no matter what, if clients say no good, it must be no good. u can not say anything to complain ur clinets.  BTW,  ur gals' services r bad at all, that's for real.

"Bad things spread a 1000 miles"I have not gone back to these 2 garages tag14? and Candyshop ever since I was "Dicked around by the keeper - Luke". They lost my $140 and another garage will be making the $140 in their same building. Attitudes of the keepers is so important esp. it is $140 we are spending for hh not $1.40. These days you can get good service even from Dollar Stores! You are not TTC, you cannot raise the price when you like and keep providing bad service, we customers will choose another vendor and also badmouthing you until you realize somehing has to change otherwise you will not stay in business for long

Ycip c-hing, if this's the way u do business, it's fine to me. But do u think about if u have better relationship with them u will make more money than now?

Nancy, Vivi will always tell me the truth what type of mm they have and not like candy / kelly give me bs all the time.

U can only fool me once, i've a review of candy hse months ago, go check it out c-hings.

Do as you will....but Sweet Candy is not cheap so service is important (we are paying for it). A customers expects more when they pay more money. The Candy shop does not deliver. JMHO.

Its like a cheapo $80 place. You don't expect anything much. At $150 hh I want something for my money. Do you see my point?
after reading so many bad reviews from different places, I have 2 points to make:

1 - these chinese (asian) mm's/keepers are treating us like suckers
2 - I think I will be switching to western meals

Dell online? or Go to some stores which advertise a low low price for an apple laptop latest model for $599 and when you get there they tell you someone bought the last one and then lied to you that they are bringing another one from another store and in the mean time they will try to persuade you to buy an Acer or something refurbished? Where do you go next time? What are you going to tell your friends? As Simple as doing "missionary", everyone knows
